Fragrance / Candles
At SHANVI FOOD AGRO EXPORTS, we aim to provide international buyers with a transparent and straightforward sample-ordering process. Sample requests are subject to product availability, customization requirements, and mutual confirmation of commercial terms.
Product sample charges will be quoted separately based on the selected product, quantity, specifications, and any required customization. Samples may be charged at a different rate from bulk orders.
Sample orders must be paid in advance before sample preparation, customization, or dispatch begins. The applicable amount and accepted payment method will be confirmed in the pro forma invoice or written quotation.
International courier, freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-related charges are payable by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping costs will be confirmed, where possible, before dispatch.
Additional charges may apply for OEM samples, private-label branding, logo printing, customized artwork, special packaging, tooling, or other buyer-specific requirements. Any applicable costs will be communicated for approval before work begins.
Buyers are requested to inspect and evaluate samples against the agreed product specifications, quality requirements, and approved packaging artwork. Written approval should be provided before bulk production or order processing proceeds.
Sample charges are not automatically refundable or adjustable against subsequent bulk orders. Any refund, credit, or adjustment of sample charges must be expressly agreed upon in writing before the sample order is confirmed.
Once sample preparation, customization, printing, or production has commenced, cancellation may not be subject and refund conditions will not be applicable as per Delhi judicial jurisdiction.
Sample preparation and dispatch will commence after payment has been received and the product specifications, customization requirements, and shipping arrangements have been confirmed.
